Type of intervention: Software platform.

Beneficiary segment: Investors, Governments, Businesses, Companies

Customer segment: Project Startups, Governments, Organizations, Non-Profits

Value proposition

Social value proposition:

Impact measures (how will you show that you are creating extraordinary impact?): We will show the creation of impact not only by having a platform where investors can track the impact of the projects which they aided to fund, but also by the stock money project net-work falling, or rising.

Customer value proposition (what do your customers want to get out of this initiative): Projects owners would like to make a change in their community, and businesses or investors would like to invest (gain money), doing it due to incentives (eg. tax), or simply that it matches their company’s ethos and values.

Partners + key stakeholders (who are the essential groups you will need to involve to deliver your program? Do you need special access to permissions?): We would need the government, organizations such as UNESCO, Roots & Shoots, and the National Department of Finance.

Channels (How are you reaching your beneficiaries and customers?): With amptd.org, a software platform that is being developed. We will also use emails and social media.

Cost structure (What are your most significant expenditure areas? How do they change as you scale up?): Our most significant expenditures are the costs for hiring legal experts and software/finance experts. These costs are high at the start; however, in comparison to AMPTD’s future profits, and given the fewer jobs, the price will decrease.

Surplus (Where do you plan to invest your earnings?): We would plan to fund our profits back into our platform, and possibly invest in additional projects, roles such as our investor customers.

Revenue (Break down your revenue sources by %).
